HOW IT WORKS
The Cost of the 8 week challenge is $298 which includes full gym membership, body composition measurements before and after. We will weigh you, measure you and find your percentage of body fat. You will be assigned a coach for the duration of the challenge for support and questions.
As body weight is not an accurate measure of how much fat you are losing as you will most likely add muscle during the 6 weeks we will be using your body fat percentage as the measure of your success.
You will receive $20 back for every percentage of body fat lost. Your coach will receive $10.
Example: if you go from 25% body fat to 20% you will receive $100 and your coach will get $50.
There is no way to over state the importance of Nutrition! Health, fat loss, weight gain or performance are all dependent on what you eat. I stress that everyone make an effort to improve their understanding of nutrition and the effects it has on your body especially, during the next 6 weeks of this challenge.
We strive to have a strong nutritional message. Allow yourself to absorb this information and put it into practice in the other 23 hours a day that you are not here.
There is much debate about nutrition but there are some basics that are definitely true. Such as:- Processed foods are very bad for you and will make you fat and weak – Sugar is very bad for you and will make you fat and weak – Refined carbohydrates spike insulin levels and will make you fat and weak – Food in boxes is processed. See image – Whole, natural foods are always your best choice. Ignore everything you see on TV and in the media; They are trying to sell you something.
