HOW IT WORKS
KidFit is the newest addition to the fscf family! Our team is very excited to be a part of the healthy development of our community’s youth! Here at fscf we not only focus on building well-rounded youth athletes, we also work to build your child’s confidence, self-esteem, work ethic, basic nutrition knowledge, and an overall appreciation of their body’s amazing abilities. We believe that the positive attributes obtained through consistent training allows your child to experience success in other areas of life. Freestyle Crossfit’s overall goal is to set our young athletes on a healthy path and thereby improve their quality of life.
Our KidFit Lifestyle program currently serves children ages 6-11 in a co-ed environment. Classes are held on a three-time per week basis (Tuesday and Thursday at 4:45pm and Saturdays at 10am). Our fun and highly energetic class is hosted by Liliana Cox, Crossfit L1 trainer.

There is no way to over state the importance of Nutrition! Health, fat loss, weight gain or performance are all dependent on what you eat. I stress that everyone make an effort to improve their understanding of nutrition and the effects it has on your body especially, during training.
We strive to have a strong nutritional message. Allow yourself to absorb this information and put it into practice in the other 23 hours a day that you are not here.
There is much debate about nutrition but there are some basics that are definitely true. Such as:- Processed foods are very bad for you and will make you fat and weak – Sugar is very bad for you and will make you fat and weak – Refined carbohydrates spike insulin levels and will make you fat and weak – Food in boxes is processed. See image – Whole, natural foods are always your best choice. Ignore everything you see on TV and in the media; They are trying to sell you something.
