Our Muscle Maker Program will improve your strength and conditioning which serves to enhance your CrossFit training in a less complicated training environment and is also a very effective program used on its own to reach your health and fitness goals. There are two types of classes.
The 1st of which is our Strength class which will add quality muscle to your body using tried and true strength and muscle building circuits in an energy filled, small group setting. Want to burn some calories? Recovering from this class will have you burning calories at a high rate for hours after you have finished your workout.
The 2nd class is Metabolic Conditioning. Here we use constantly varied, functional movements at a high level of intensity that will get your heart rate up, burn calories and improve your range of motion as well as the efficiency of your entire Cardio Vascular system.
Combined these two classes is a sure way to get the lean, muscular body you have imagined!
